Plantation Park East Home Owners Association (PPEHOA) community is located on the east side of Florida’s Turnpike (western border), north of Broward Boulevard, south of Sunrise Boulevard and State Road 7 (441) being the eastern border. The community is well established, with homes dating from the 60’s and 70’s.

Project Location:
The proposed project is located west of NW 46 Avenue, south of Sunrise Boulevard, east of NW 42 Avenue and north of NW 8 Street.

Currently on the property is the Plantation Business Park (PBP). A development project that was wildly unwanted by the residents of the PPEHOA community and would have agreed at the time to object.

The City of Plantation’s elected officials, whom none actually live in the community, voted to approve the project and as a result, the long term plan ended up as an eye sore to the community and a magnet for crime and drugs.
