Update: January 2017
Back in 2k14 the developer, Christopher Longsworth, INVESCA Development Group came to me and asked for my help in getting the community to agree to zoning and code ordinance changes to develop the property formally known as Plantation Business Park into the Invesca Development Group’s Corporate Office, a Super School for disabled children and the Strata at Plantation town home development project.
In return, all I asked for was to bring the swale property across the street from my residence up to code. Clean up the trash, dead trees and shrubbery.
Both myself and another neighbor who supported him was told of these grand plans of reconstructing the barrier between the project property and the Plantation Park East Community
Now that he has his changes he has lied about everything. The swale still looks like a dump and Christopher Longsworth blames the community not the fact that he has failed to maintain the property to the City of Plantation Code.
Below is the early plans for the development and all I can say is hindsight if Christopher Longsworth of INVESCA Development Group comes to your community DO NOT BELIEVE a word this man says!
