From the Invesca site:
Invesca focuses primarily on distinct, well positioned ventures with a long-term ownership strategy. Formed in 2001, Invesca has grown into a dynamic, vertically integrated development firm. Comprised of a diversified and experienced executive committee in business, real estate, financial, legal and management specialists that is complemented by a technical staff of engineers, architects, software and technology developers and project management professionals. http://www.invesca.com/

Principal:
Christopher Longsworth, Invesca Founder/Chief Executive Officer c.l@invescadev.com

My Experience:
A total disaster! Christopher Longsworth was communicative and open to discussion until he got what he wanted; support to help him get the City of Plantation to change the City Code for the Strata at Plantation property development. Since then, no reply to emails, no return phone calls, just plain cut off. This is why I call the Invesca Development Group and the Strata at Plantation Development BAD NEIGHBORS!
