My Experience:
A total disaster! Christopher Longsworth was communicative and open to discussion until he got what he wanted; support to help him get the City of Plantation to change the City Code for the Strata at Plantation property development. Since then, no reply to emails, no return phone calls, just plain cut off. This is why I call the Invesca Development Group and the Strata at Plantation Development BAD NEIGHBORS!
